maybe Shrek 2 wasn't so unrealistic after all

maybe second chances do exist

I don't know

it just feels like any second the proverbial clock will strike midnight and Ashton Koosher will pop in and tell me I've been "punk'd"; and everything will be back to the way it was

not that a second chance is a guaranteed happy ending

but it's better than no chance

I suppose love never was easy or simple

but I'm just extra lucky in that department

"no one ever said it would be this hard"
