I just heard that Johnny Cash died today

really I only knew him from his cover of Hurt, and I'm a little sad about that

I recognized that he was a legend, and had a lot of excellent music out there

but I never quite got around to finding more of it

I always meant to; but buying one of his albums took a back seat to whatever shiny thing caught my eye whenever I actually had the money

and I'm more than just a little regretful of that
